Kyle Kolodziej is a software engineer and product builder based in Santa Monica, California. He founded Kolo Studio to help local businesses replace outdated or difficult websites with clearer, faster, mobile-first experiences.
The studio is intentionally small. Clients work directly with Kyle rather than moving between sales, account management, design, and development teams.
Where Kolo works
West Los Angeles and the greater Los Angeles area are the studio's first priority, with in-person conversations available when useful. Kolo also serves St. Charles, Chicago, and Dallas through genuine personal connections and a remote-first project process.
Kolo does not claim offices in Illinois or Texas. Kyle is from the St. Charles and Chicago area, attended SMU, previously lived in Dallas, and maintains family connections there.
What the studio builds
