This page explains what information Kolo Studio collects through this website, how we use it, and how to reach us about it. We keep this deliberately short because the site does one thing: it lets you request a free website review.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you type into the free website review form: your name, your email address, and your website URL, plus the optional business name, phone number, what you are looking for, and any notes you add.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not build a profile of you across other sites.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to prepare and send you a free review of your website. Your submission is emailed to Kolo Studio so we can respond, and our reply goes to the email address you provide.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers we need to deliver the review (our email provider) or where the law requires it.

How it is handled and stored

Submissions are delivered by email through our email provider. When durable queuing is enabled, your submission is encrypted while it waits to be delivered and is kept only for a short, bounded retention window before it is removed.

Our server logs record only a random request identifier and safe status codes so we can diagnose problems. They do not contain your name, email, phone number, or notes.

Analytics

If website analytics are enabled, we use a privacy friendly, cookieless analytics tool that measures aggregate visits without identifying you or tracking you across other sites.

Your choices and contact

You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted at any time. To do that, or to ask any question about your privacy, email us and we will take care of it.

Questions about your information? Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
